  3.                   CONTRACTING AGREEMENT

  6. Hillary and William Katz, referred to as OWNER, and Daisy
  7. Carpentry, Inc., referred to as CONTRACTOR,  agree as follows:

  10. CONTRACTOR shall perform the following services for OWNER: 
  11.  
  12. install new kitchen cabinets 
  13.  
  14. on the following estimated schedule: 
  15.  
  16.  
  17. 6 weeks 
  18.  
  19.  
  20. for the following price: $ 7,950.00 ( seven thousand nine hundred
  21. fifty & no/100 dollars) 
  22.

  24. Contractor shall be responsible for the following in addition to 
  25. the workman like performance of the work stated above:

  29. Provision of all permits required for the services to be performed
  30.  above. 
  31.

  34. Provision of worker's compensation insurance, general liability 
  35. insurance in a minimum amount of $ 40,000 ( forty thousand &
  36. no/100 dollars).

  40. The stipulated contract price shall be paid as follows:

  42. When bona fide bills for materials are presented the same shall be
  43. paid directly by the OWNER within the terms provided. Labor shall
  44. be paid as follows: 
  45.  
  46. 1/3 on rough in; 1/3 on inspection; 1/6 on completion; 1/6 on
  47. final inspection and completion of appearance/punch list items.

  51. The CONTRACTOR shall daily remove all trash and debris from the
  52. premises.

  57. This is the entire agreement between the parties and this 
  58. agreement may only be altered in writing.
